Men's Soccer Welcomes Joey Kane To 2020 Recruiting Class
MEDIA, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine men's soccer team welcomed Joey Kane of Upper Moreland High School as the newest recruit in its 2020 class.
Kane, a three-year starter at Upper Moreland, earned Second Team All-Suburban League accolades as a senior, while serving as team captain. An honor roll student, Kane was also a three-year member of the boys track team.
Kane chose Brandywine "because Coach Greenawalt gave me a call and offered me a spot on the team and assured me Penn State Brandywine was a great choice for me. Penn State was the school that I wanted to attend."
His older sister, Christina, was a First Team All-PSUAC forward for the Brandywine women's soccer team during the 2017 season.
The Brandywine men's soccer team has won four-straight and six of the last seven Penn State University Athletic Conference championships and claimed the campus' first-ever national championship in 2018.
