Kareem Sharaf Signs With Brandywine Men's Soccer

MEDIA, Pa. -- The newest member of the Penn State Brandywine men's soccer class of 2024 is Kareem Sharaf the team announced recently.

Sharaf was a two-sport student-athlete at Central High School in Philadelphia, competing for both the boys soccer and track & field teams. On the soccer pitch, Sharaf was a two-time First Team All-Public League selection, earning honors during his junior and senior seasons.

In addition, Sharaf led his club to the State Cup semifinals and to three-straight top-50 finishes.

Sharaf chose to attend the campus because "Penn State Brandywine is a place in which I can see myself excelling academically and athletically. I like that everyone here is close with each other. I feel I'm coming into a new family."

Brandywine men's soccer has won four-straight and six of the last seven Penn State University Athletic Conference championships. Sharaf joins Joey Kane as members of Head Coach Tom Greenawalt's second recruiting class.
