Jessica Dougherty begins her first season as an assistant coach at Penn State Brandywine in 2024.

Dougherty was a four-year member of the Immaculata University women's tennis team where she won two Atlantic East Conference championships. A team captain, Dougherty earned All-Academic and All-Conference honors from the UEC, while claiming the league's Elite 13 Award as the student-athlete with the highest GPA in the conference championship match.

Dougherty graduated from Immaculata in 2022 with a degree in Education, specializing in Early Education and Special Education.

Prior to enrolling at Immaculata, Dougherty captured three Catholic League titles and was a two-time All-Catholic League tennis standout at Cardinal O'Hara High School.
