Penn State Brandywine Tennis STILL undefeated!

The first half of the season came to a close with a 6-3 victory over visiting PSU Mont Alto.  The men continued their dominance in getting the job done by winning all their matches and losing only a total of 7 games in singles matches and 6 games in doubles match play.  #1 Steve James (Garnet Valley) continues his undefeated singles play, which goes back to the beginning of last season.  He had an easy time winning 6-0, 6-1, setting the bar which was matched by high school teammate Nick Desiderio who proceeded to defeat his opponent by the same score.  Dan Winchock (Coatsville) only gave up 2 games and Upper Darby's Bocky Sannoh lost the first 3 games and then came roaring back to win 12 straight.  In an exhibition match West Chester East's Dan Monteverde won easily 6-0, 6-1.

Facing probably the toughest foes so far, the women fought hard but lost both singles and the doubles match to the very disciplined Mont Alto women.  They look to turn things around as Penn State Brandywine hosts PSU Lehigh Valley this Thursday at 3 PM.
