Elise Pratt begins her fourth season as head women's soccer coach at Penn State Brandywine in 2021.

Pratt was selected as the PSUAC Coach of the Year in 2019 as the Lions won their fourth-straight conference championship. The Lions went undefeated in conference play and are now 12-0 against PSUAC foes in two seasons under Pratt. Brandywine featured four USCAA All-Americans, including Brianna Banks, who became Brandywine's first-ever national player of the year, and made their fourth consecutive trip to the USCAA Tournament.

Brandywine made history at the USCAA Tournament in 2018, becoming the first women's soccer team to win a game as the Lions claimed two victories in pool play to advance to the national title game. Brandywine featured four all-American standouts, giving the Lions eight all-Americans in just two seasons with Pratt at the helm.

Pratt is a 2017 graduate of Delaware State University where she spent the final two years of her four-year NCAA Division I soccer playing career. After transferring from Stony Brook University, Pratt earned her bachelor degree in mass communications.

Since 2017, Pratt has been a coach with Prestige Soccer Training. During that time she has led her teams to a tournament championship and two runner-up finishes in New Jersey. In addition to on-field coaching, Pratt is responsible for creating and organizing practice plans, while also mentoring and helping with player growth.

Pratt began her coaching career with the Long Island Junior Soccer League in 2013. She has also served as a club coach in the Delaware Youth Soccer Association and Highland Youth Soccer Club. Currently, Pratt also works as a speed and agility trainer at Kidzercise Fitness Center.
