Brandywine advances to 5-0 in PSUAC league play.

Penn State Brandywine Lady Lions had a successful weekend both at home and on the road going 3-0 in league play.

Penn State York came to Brandywine's home court on Saturday, September 21 for a best of five. Brandywine was able to take them in three straight 25-14, 25-18, 25-13. Emily Battista had six kills in the three sets. Kirsten Jerla added five kills, Miranda Biondi contributed 17 assists and six aces.

Brandywine traveled to Penn State Schuylkill for a doubleheader Sunday, September 22. In game one Brandywine swept Schuylkill 25-9, 25-10, 25-15. Nicole Costa had nine kills and two solo blocks. Game two went in similar fashion, three games to Brandywine 25-7, 25-9, 25-7. Senior Kate Cowan had ten assists and nine aces to lead Brandywine to the victory. Amanda Rasley contributed nine kills.

Penn State Brandywine travels to PS Mont Alto Tuesday, 9/24 for a 5 PM game.
