Brown Lands PSUAC Player Of The Week Award

MEDIA, Pa. -- Penn State Brandywine senior forward Terrence Brown (Philadelphia, Pa./Communications Tech) was selected as the men's basketball player of the week by the Penn State University Athletic Conference on Tuesday afternoon.

During three games last week, all Brandywine victories, Brown averaged 21.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 4.0 assists. He shot over 55 percent from the field (24-43 FG), while making 16-of-17 shots from the free throw line. Eleven of his 23 rebounds came on the offensive end of the floor.

Against Schuylkill on Tuesday, Brown registered his second double-double of the season, producing 19 points and 11 rebounds. Two days later, despite playing only 23 minutes because of the lopsided score, Brown poured in 23 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the field in a 117-66 triumph over Davis. He added 22 points and six boards in a 91-82 victory at Penn State Lehigh Valley on Saturday.

Brandywine (5-2, 2-0 PSUAC), winners of five consecutive games, host Penn State York at 8:00 PM on Tuesday.
