Bryce Barrouk Named Second Team All-American

MEDIA, Pa. -- Penn State Brandywine senior Bryce Barrouk (Glen Mills, Pa./Rustin) was selected as a United States Collegiate Athletic Association Second Team All-American recently.

The ninth all-American in Penn State Brandywine men's basketball history, Barrouk averaged a team-high 17.5 points per game, while helping the Lions to the second conference championship appearance in the last five seasons.

One of the top shooters in the USCAA, Barrouk ranked fourth nationally with 78 made three-pointers in 31 games this winter. Also an 80 percent free throw shooter that placed him 18th in the USCAA, Barrouk's 541 points this season were fifth-most among USCAA Division II men's basketball players.

Barrouk also ranked in the top 10 in rebounding and blocked shots. He pulled in 9.3 boards per game, good for eighth nationally, while standing 10th in blocked shots per game with 1.1. 

He produced 14 double-doubles, while tallying nine 20-point games and a pair of 30-point games.

Barrouk reached the 1,000-point mark in January and moved to third on the Lions' all-time scoring list 1,239 career points in 79 games.
