Brandywine Dominates At Rosemont For Third-Straight Win

ROSEMONT, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine men's tennis team cruised to its third consecutive victory on Tuesday afternoon, winning each match in a 9-0 sweep at Rosemont.

The Lions rolled through doubles action, claiming all three flights by 8-0 scores.

Aditya Kommoju (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East), Stevie DiSipio (Havertown, Pa./Haverford) and Ian Lillard (Broomall, Pa./Marple Newtown) all earned straight-set singles victories by scores of 6-0, 6-0.

Wenceslao Lara (North Brunswick, N.J./North Brunswick Twp.) claimed a top-flight victory by counts of 6-0, 6-2, while James Cellucci (Rosemont, Pa./Radnor) won his No. 6 singles match 6-1, 6-2. Aryaman Bhardwaj (Lilburn, Ga./Brookwood) won the final frame of his match 10-4 to claim a three-set victory at No. 2 singles (6-2, 1-6, 10-4).

Brandywine (5-2) is back in action Wednesday against Williamson beginning at 3:30 pm.
