Changes Made To Brandywine Spring Sports Schedules This Weekend

MEDIA, Pa. -- Melting snow and ice, poor field conditions and cold temperatures have forced changes to Penn State Brandywine's baseball, softball and tennis schedules this week. All changes are listed below.

Baseball: Wednesday's game at Delaware Valley has been cancelled and is unlikely to be made up. Friday's game, previously scheduled to be at Penn State Scranton, will now be played at Brandywine beginning at 3:30 pm. Saturday's doubleheader against Scranton remains a 2:00 pm start time at Brandywine.

Softball: Thursday's home doubleheader against St. Joseph (Vt.) has been cancelled and will not be made up. Friday's doubleheader versus Penn State Scranton, which had been scheduled as a road game for Brandywine, will now be played at Maple Zone beginning at 3:00 pm. Saturday's Scranton doubleheader remains a 2:00 pm start at Maple Zone.

Women's Tennis: This week's postponed match at Bryn Mawr has been rescheduled for Monday, April 17 at Bryn Mawr. The match will begin at 4:00 pm.
