DAVENPORT, Fla. – Cam Baughman (Oxford, Pa./Oxford) hit a pair of home runs as the Penn State Brandywine baseball team recorded an 8-3 victory over Northland College on Tuesday afternoon.

Baughman's first long ball of the day tied the score at 1-1 in the fourth inning as he lined a shot over the right field fence. He capped the Lions' scoring with another solo home run to right field in the top of the ninth inning.

Jaylen Bryant (Brooklyn, N.Y./High School of Telecommunications) tallied three hits in four at-bats and drove in two runs. He drove in Nick Wright (Aston, Pa./Sun Valley) with a base hit during a three-run sixth inning that gave the Lions the lead for good and added a run-scoring double two frames later.

Abel Bartosek (Fort Worth, Texas/Chisholm Trail) earned his first victory of the year on the mound after tossing the first five innings. Bartosek fanned six and allowed just one run on one hit.

Tim Cohen (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East) tossed 3.1 innings of relief, striking out two, while Toby Skeans (Stevensville, Md./Kent Island) recorded the game's final two outs, both via strikeout.

After Bryant's go-ahead single in the sixth, the Lions tacked on two more runs. Evan Abegg (Commerce City, Colo./Prairie View) scored on a ground out and Bryant crossed home via Northland error.

Bryant started the scoring again in the eighth with a two-base hit to plate Abegg. Evan Shade (Green Lane, Pa./Upper Perkiomen) tallied a run-scoring single and Kyle Oechsle (Coopersburg, Pa./Palisades) drove in a run with a groundout.
