FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. -- Following a 17-day layoff, the Penn State Brandywine cross country teams returned to competition Saturday afternoon at the Penn State Mont Alto Invitational.

In his season debut with the Lions, Jalin Haskins (Philadelphia, Pa.) placed 22nd as he crossed the line in 24:08.

Mitchell Minda of Penn State Fayette claimed individual medalist honors for the men, while Fayette's Nicole Walker was the women's individual champion. Penn State Fayette also earned both team titles.
