Softball Class of 2027: Samantha Gonchar
MEDIA, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine softball team announced the signing of Samantha Gonchar to its class of 2027 on Thursday.
Gonchar earned four varsity letters in softball and captained the team as a senior at Monroe Township High School in New Jersey. Following the 2023 season, Gonchar was named to the all-division team and received the sportsmanship award. She was an honorable mention all-conference selection in 2021.
Gonchar chose to attend Penn State Brandywine "because it has all the qualities I was looking for in a school. The community that I saw is definitely something I want to be a part of."
