Brandywine Track And Field Signs Victoria Anyiam

MEDIA, Pa. -- Cardinal O'Hara High School graduate Victoria Anyiam will continue her track and field career at Penn State Brandywine beginning in 2021-22.

Anyiam participated in outdoor track and field at O'Hara, where she was a Philadelphia Catholic League and District 12 champion. Primarily a 100-meter sprinter, Anyiam earned Third Team All-Catholic League.

Anyiam chose to attend Penn State Brandywine because "I felt it was a good starting point for my college career because I want to compete internationally and felt this level was the best place to start. I also really liked Coach Kennedy because he was a former coach at O'Hara and led us to states and nationals. Aside from athletics, I want to experience Brandywine's biology program along with chances to study abroad. I feel Brandywine is the perfect starting location."
