Brandywine Volleyball Welcomes Anna Ramirez

MEDIA, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine volleyball team signed Anna Ramirez, who will suit up for the Lions beginning this fall.

Ramirez was a four-year member of the volleyball team at Downingtown East High School and a three-year starting libero. She helped Downingtown East reach the state tournament as a junior.

Ramirez also competed for the East Coast Power, a national club team, for four years and played two years for Royal Legends Volleyball Club. She served as a team captain for both teams.

Ramirez chose to attend Penn State Brandywine because "I have always wanted to attend and play volleyball for Penn State. Penn State Brandywine has given me the great opportunity to be a student-athlete at my dream school."
