Brandywine Volleyball Signs Laura de Jesus
MEDIA, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine volleyball team added to its recruiting class with the signing of Laura de Jesus.
A native of the Dominican Republic, de Jesus was a starter for the National Women's Volleyball Project and for her team at the 2018 AAU Junior National Championship.
During her high school career at Colegio Bilingue New Horizons, de Jesus was named best middle blocker three times and was team MVP in 2021. She competed at the Copa Claro Intercolegial in 2018 and at the New Horizona Grand Prix Tournament from 2016-19.
de Jesus chose to attend Penn State Brandywine because "I fell in love with the campus and its location."
