ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Penn State Brandywine volleyball team swept Penn State Lehigh Valley for the second time this season, winning by set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-10 on Saturday afternoon.
Amanda Floyd (Glenolden, Pa./Interboro) tallied 12 kills, a team-high total, along with two digs and two blocks. Savannah Bauer (San Jose, Calif./Santa Teresa) added four kills and two blocks, while Anna Ramirez (Exton, Pa./Downingtown East) and Katie Snyder (Wilmington, Del./Dickinson) both collected three kills.
Laura Jezyk (Wilmington, Del./St. Elizabeth) delivered 21 assists and two aces. Ramirez topped the team in aces with four, while Sydney Stevens (Wilmington, Del./Alexis I. DuPont) recorded three.
Suzie Alvarenga (Fullerton, Calif./Notre Dame Academy) notched a match-high 15 digs and Ramirez added nine digs.
Brandywine (10-9, 7-3 PSUAC) hosts Penn State Wilkes-Barre Monday for Senior Night at 7:00 PM.
