Myeisha Matos joined the athletic staff as recruiting, retention and alumni coordinator in February 2019.

A 2015 graduate of Penn State Brandywine, Matos was a four-year member of the women’s basketball team, helping the Lions to four consecutive Penn State University Athletic Conference Tournament appearances. During her time as a student, Matos worked in the athletic department, aiding in game day operations, intramurals and gave tours to prospective student-athletes and their families.

Following her graduation with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, Matos worked at NBC Sports Philadelphia as a sales assistant from 2016-19. She worked with clients and members of the Philadelphia Flyers organization in selling advertising.

Matos has remained active in the Brandywine Athletic community since graduating, returning to campus to serve as an alumni speaker at Brandywine’s annual student-athlete recruit dinner and supporting The Night with the Pride, the department’s largest annual fundraiser.
