Murphy comes up big in second of two games with Fayette

Penn State Fayette broke the 1-1 tie in the fifth to hold a 2-1 lead and shut down Brandywine to hold on to the one run victory in the first of two matches. Matthew Trotta received the loss for Brandywine while only allowing one earned run on four hits, striking out two batters.

Brandywine's bats came alive in the second game of the double header, notching multiple run innings in three out of seven.  With a three run second inning, Brandywine took the lead and never looked back.  Jim Murphy led the hitting with two doubles and three RBI's. Brian Pennock received the victory, allowing three earned runs on eight hits and five strikeouts.
