Unbeaten streak continues!

Saturday afternoon the Penn State Brandywine Tennis team traveled to Williamsport to take on Penn College and returned home with an 8-1 victory.  This brings the current unbeaten streak number to 12 matches.

All the Brandywine men and women won their singles matches.  Morgan Nalley of Bayard Rustin and Sloane Casey of Valley View won the women's portion while Steve James (Garnet Valley), Nick Desiderio (Garnet Valley), Dan Winchock (Coatesville), and Bockarie Sannoh (Upper Darby) were victorious for the men.  James and Desiderio teamed up to win the mens 1st doubles while Penncrest's Laura Masse teamed up with Heather Gartside (Ridley) for the womens triumph.

In extra matches Phoenixville's Norris Hua lost in a tough 3 set match while West Chester East's Dan Monteverde won in 3 sets.  Finishing things off Downingtown East's Matt Klufus won a thrilling two set victory over Eric Rommel.

The team is off until Wednesday when they travel up to Hazelton as they go for season victory number 4.
