Women’s Tennis Drops Fall Finale

CAMDEN, N.J. – The Penn State Brandywine women's tennis team closed out its fall slate with a 9-0 setback at NCAA Division III Rutgers-Camden on Sunday afternoon.

Katie Corey (Lansdowne, Pa./Agora Cyber Charter) and Stephanie Bryan (Drexel Hill, Pa./Ridley) picked up Brandywine's lone game in doubles action, but were defeated 8-1 during the top-flight match.

Bryan claimed three points in her No. 1 singles match. She was topped by Jenna O'Lexy 6-2, 6-1. Rutgers-Camden won each of the singles bouts in straight sets.

Brandywine (0-4) begins its spring season on March 1 with a home date against Rosemont.
