Lions Fall At Cabrini 7-2
RADNOR, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine men's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision at Cabrini on Monday afternoon.
The Lions' first victory came at No. 3 doubles when Gurgot Mann (Broomall, Pa./Marple Newtown) and Brandon Crochunis (West Chester, Pa./West Chester East) won by default, but Cabrini built a 2-1 lead through doubles play.
The Cavaliers secured the match by winning the top five singles flights, all in straight sets. Mann claimed Brandywine's second triumph on the afternoon with a default victory at No.6 singles.
Brandywine continues its season on Thursday, April 27 at home against FDU-Florham (3:30 pm).
