Brandywine Drops Home Matchup With Neumann

MEDIA, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine men's tennis team was defeated on its home courts by visiting Neumann University by a 9-0 score on Tuesday afternoon.

In singles action, Luke DeAngelis (Downingtown, Pa./Henderson) seven points, but dropped his third-flight matchup 6-2, 7-5. Aggam Khurana (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley) earned five points during his No. 2 match before falling 6-4, 6-1, while Jackson Schultz (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville) won four points during his fourth-flight bout and fell 6-1, 6-3.

In addition to winning the six singles matches, Neumann claimed all three doubles contests to earn its third victory of the spring.

Brandywine (1-4) visits Moravian on Wednesday at 4:30 PM.
