On Sunday at Penn State York, Wright came up with his biggest hit of the week, sending a go-ahead, three-run home run over the left field fence as Brandywine defeated York 5-3 to clinch the division. Wright drove in four of Brandywine's five runs during the game for his second four-RBI effort of the week. He also knocked in four runs, while collecting three hits in a victory over Penn State Berks on Tuesday.

Wright posted nine RBI and six runs scored last week. He leads the PSUAC in RBI with 38 this spring, while ranking second in hits (51) and runs scored (39). Wright is batting .389 with 14 extra-base hits and 14 stolen bases in 36 games.

Brandywine baseball was also named team of the week by the PSUAC. The Lions went 5-1 last week. In addition to winning the PSUAC East Division, Brandywine swept a doubleheader from Penn State Berks, defeating Berks for the first time since 2001.
