YORK, Pa. -- The Penn State Brandywine women's soccer team played to a 2-2 draw with Penn State Greater Allegheny on Sunday afternoon.
The Lions are now 6-2-1 overall and 5-1-1 in PSUAC play. Brandywine can win the regular-season title with a victory over Penn State Beaver next Saturday during its final match of the season. The Lions have already clinched a spot in the PSUAC Championship against Beaver on Nov. 1 in State College.
Brandywine received goals from Mary Mitcheli (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley) and Olivia Encarnacion (Glenolden, Pa./Interboro). Both goals were assisted by Kenesha Dennis (Philadelphia, Pa./Parkway West).
The Lions led 2-1 with just seconds remaining in regulation, but Greater Allegheny managed to tie the score at 2-2 and neither team would muster a goal during extra time.
