Tyler Wright Commits To Brandywine Baseball
MEDIA, Pa. -- Tyler Wright is the newest member of Penn State Brandywine baseball's 2020 incoming class after signing with the Lions recently.
A Coatesville native, Wright played four years of high school baseball for the Red Raiders, serving as team captain. In addition, he competed for Perfect Game Baseball and was a two-time all-tournament team selection.
During the 2019-20 academic year, Wright attended Delaware County Community College where he was a member of the baseball team. He posted a 1-1 record with 16 strikeouts in 9.0 innings on the mound during the abbreviated season.
Wright chose to attend Penn State Brandywine "because I heard all good things from the players on the team and also I want to get a Penn State education."
Wright joins Greg Adams, Anthony Georgette and Ben Norris as members of Head Coach Vinny Gallo's incoming class.
