Brandywine Volleyball Welcomes Aneesa Freeman

MEDIA, Pa. -- Aneesa Freeman will begin her collegiate volleyball career this fall at Penn State Brandywine.

Freeman was a four-year member of the volleyball and cheer teams at Chester Charter Scholars Academy. A team captain, she owns the CCSA single-season record for assists. 

In addition to competing for the Chester Charter Scholars Academy team, Freeman also played for the Meteors of the Equinox Volleyball Club and the Sabers in the Liberty Belles Volleyball Club.

Freeman chose to attend Penn State Brandywine because "I knew it would be a better transition from high school to college. I knew going straight to State College would be a bit overwhelming."

Joining Freeman in Brandywine volleyball's class of 2024 are Dana Palmer, Alex Rogers and Kirsten Zoellner.
