Volleyball Hosting Dig Pink Weekend October 17-18

For the fifth year in a row, Penn State Brandywine has partnered with the Side-Out Foundation to raise money and awareness for breast cancer research during its Dig Pink Rally on October 17-18. Brandywine will be hosting PSUAC quad matches beginning at 2:00 pm on Saturday and 12:00 pm on Sunday.

This year, the team has set its fundraising goal at $2,500 with all proceeds from the two-day event benefitting the Side-Out Foundation. Brandywine will be selling Dig Pink t-shirts in the days leading up to and throughout the weekend for $10. Shirts may be purchased in the athletic office (Commons Building Office 139) or by contacting Head Coach Melissa Algeo (mhl13@psu.edu).

The Side-Out Foundation awards grants to medical research organizations and entities dedicated to providing patient services to breast cancer patients and their families. Your participation gives the volleyball community the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of all breast cancer patients.
