MEDIA, Pennsylvania -- Behind four goals and two assists from Quinn Khouri, Centenary College defeated the Penn State Brandywine men's soccer team 6-0 on Wednesday afternoon.
Khouri netted a pair of goals, including a score just 51 seconds into the game, as the Cyclones stormed out to a 4-0 lead after 45 minutes. He added his second penalty kick goal of the match during the second half to cap the scoring.
Brandywine totaled 18 shots, including a team-best four off the foot of sophomore Bill Walleekendeh, and recorded five corner kicks.
Freshman goalkeeper William Scott-Norris made five saves during the first half and senior net minder Nick Previti stopped a pair of shots in relief of Scott-Norris during the final 45 minutes.
Jesse Goleman blocked all 13 shots he faced to record a shutout for the Cyclones, while the Centenary offense attempted 19 shots.
Penn State Brandywine (1-4, 1-0 PSUAC) returns to league play on Saturday when it visits Penn State New Kensington at 1:00 pm.
