Ronaldo Calle Named PSUAC Player Of The Week
MEDIA, Pa. -- Penn State Brandywine senior midfielder Ronaldo Calle (Coatesville, Pa./Coatesville) was selected as the men's soccer player of the week by the Penn State University Athletic Conference on Wednesday.
Calle scored four times and added an assist in two Brandywine wins last week, helping the team extend its winning streak to eight games.
On Wednesday in a win over Penn State York, Calle registered the first hat trick of his career and totaled seven points overall, adding an assist. He notched his fourth goal of the week in a 5-1 triumph at Pratt on Sunday.
Calle is tied for second on the team with five goals and tied for fourth in total points (12) through 15 matches this fall. He owns 12 goals and 11 assists during his three-year career overall.
Brandywine aims for its ninth-straight win Wednesday night at Penn State Hazleton beginning at 7:00 pm.
