Brandywine Wins 3-0 To Complete Fourth-Straight Undefeated PSUAC Slate

ALLENTOWN, Pa. -- Penn State Brandywine has run the table in Penn State University Athletic Conference men's soccer for a fourth-straight season as the Lions bested Penn State Lehigh Valley 3-0 in the heavy rain on Wednesday afternoon.

The Lions completed the regular season with a 9-0 record in conference and have now won 44 consecutive league matches dating back to 2015. Only one team at any level of collegiate men's soccer has won more consecutive conference games than the Lions.

Brandywine received goals from Axel Ayllon-Ortiz (Kennett Square, Pa./Kennett), Evan Roland (Aston, Pa./Sun Valley) and Dom Scrivano (Essington, Pa./Interboro) during the win.

The Lions recorded their seventh-straight conference shutout after limiting Lehigh Valley to just one shot on goal. Brandywine yielded one goal during its eight PSUAC matches this fall, outscoring opponents 47-1.

Juan Guerrero (Kennett Square, Pa./Kennett) continued his personal shutout streak, which has now reached 753 minutes, spanning eight matches. Guerrero played all 90 minutes, turning away one shot, for his seventh shutout.

Brandywine (14-4-1, 9-0 PSUAC) will close out the regular season Tuesday against Berkeley (N.J.) at 3:00 pm. The match will be played at Ramapo College.
