Emily Orr Receives Goalkeeper Of The Week Honors From PSUAC And USCAA

MEDIA, Pa. -- Penn State Brandywine's Emily Orr (Eddystone, Pa./Ridley) was named Goalkeeper of the Week by the Penn State University Athletic Conference and United States Collegiate Athletic Association on Tuesday.

Orr recorded her first-career shutout as Brandywine defeated Bucks County Community College last Tuesday. Making her second start of the season, Orr stopped a pair of shots, one during each half, to claim her second victory of the fall.

Orr earned her first win after playing the first 40 minutes of a 3-1 victory over Penn State Beaver on Sept. 16. She made three stops in the victory.

Brandywine (4-1-1, 3-0 PSUAC) visits Rosemont on Wednesday at 5:00 PM.
