Softball Adds Karly Rees To Incoming Class
MEDIA, Pa. -- Karly Rees will continue her education and softball career at Penn State Brandywine beginning this fall.
Rees, an Oxford High School graduate, played two years of varsity softball at Oxford and one season of volleyball. She was honored as a Second Team All-Ches-Mont American Division standout in 2019.
A three-year distinguished honor roll student, Rees earned seven USSSA MVP medals during her travel ball career. Since 2013, she has played for SWAT Fastpitch and Delaware Fillies Fastpitch, helping her teams to a 116-39-4 record and 10 tournament championships.
Rees chose to attend Penn State Brandywine because "Not only am I pursuing my athletic career at Penn State Brandywine, but I will be studying to earn a world-class degree and to properly prepare myself for the challenges of life that follow graduation."
